I would like to see more of a variety of classes in the morning at the Citrus Heights gym. I seem to travel to the Roseville and Rocklin gyms to attend classes - interval and group strength training.

Good selection of machines and equipment. Seldom have to wait for a bench or other equipment. Most people will allow/offer a work-in when they are already using a piece of equipment. Most people are good at sharing the floor space.

I love the convenience of multiple locations around Sacramento. I have a very busy schedule with work and the various activities/sports of our three children and fitting in a work out can be challenging. However, I have worked out and gone to classes at 5 different Cal Fit locations near work, home and kid's practices/activities. I workout while the kids do their thing!
