It's a good demographic for me: lots of 50+ members. Most folks are courteous and polite. Good personal trainers. Decent equipment, but it breaks down a lot. I like the "closed" layout -- several connected rooms rather than one gigantic space.

The downtown facility is perfect for people working at the Capitol. I love that I can walk from my office and squeeze in a workout during my lunch hour.

Group classes. Until recently, I liked my personal training sessions which I do once a week. But, lately, the group fit classes are so big that we cannot use the gravity machines or TRX, which are the only machines that I want to use. For the money I pay, I would think that my trainer would have access to whatever equipment we need.

Its kid friendly, the facilities are always kept clean and I always get to use the machines I want.
I've visited at least three different locations and they have all been clean and the staff is always helpful and greets me with a smile.
