I love coming in the morning and seeing the man cleaning the floors by the fitness equipment. It makes me feel like everything is clean and fresh and sanitary so I am enjoying my workout. The people I have met since I have been attending the gym have been super nice. My favorite trainer, of course, is Nic Pitts. He's made me look forward to coming to do my workout and explains everything so well that it makes it easy. Any questions I have I can email him and he gives me a quick response, problem solved! Shelly McKenzie's cycle/core class has been really fun too and she's super encouraging to return the following week. Our daughters went to school together so so it's nice to get to know her better. She had a great class! I like it.

There are plenty of machines available so you never feel like you have to wait behind someone already using the type that you want. Plus, the sports teams playing in rhe evenings creates an inspiring and energetic atmosphere watching them play while you work out.
The kindness of others
I like the friendly staff. I go to three CFFs in the area and love the way the gyms are setup. Love the classes. Zumba and kick boxing!

The ability to work out at different locations and how clean the facility is.
Everyone is very friendly and my trainer, Angela Duncan is great! I know have had only three session with her but I can already feel a difference. I know that as soon as I get relaxed, she'll up the work out even more! The Roseville club is very clean and has a great selection of different workout areas. I am also doing the Aqua session's and the instructor's are great!

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Class instructors are great and take an interest to ensure members get the most out of the classes and keep free of injuries. I like that it is easy to check online for changes to class times or instructors.
I feel comfortable asking for help with the machines as staff are both knowledgeable and patient.
It is clean, the temperature is consistently cool, fans always on, staff is friendly.
