Very caring, but also very straight to the point. The prep technician had a great manner about her. Very friendly and helpful, and got her actions done quickly and painlessly. Dr. Brown explained what was going to happen, completed the procedure smoothly and then had a nice follow-up discussion afterwards. He gave me a good explanation of what is going on, he didn't rush me out, he gave me several options, and a solid recommendation that did not include lots of unnecessary tests. I feel like I got extremely good care from the whole staff.

Everyone I spoke with when I visited the office, was polite, friendly, and helpful. I didn't have to wait long and the waiting room was comfortable. When I was in the exam room I was offered water and asked if the room was too hot. Dr. Scott Brown was friendly as he asked questions and listened to my answers.
