Great activities with great mentorship
So much care and thought put into the program. My son actually wants to be dropped off as early as possible so he can join whatever is happening that day. This is so much more than babysitting! I feel my son is truly being enriched by his time in the program, and I am so grateful to the staff.
We have always loved the YMCA programs for summer breaks and other School’s Out camps. Our daughter is 12 now, so this will be her last summer at Irsay. She has been a Y kid since age 4 as a PreK camper. We love Irsay and the other old downtown camp locations over the years (Athenaeum, School 2. School 47). The staff is always friendly, engaging and respectful. We will look for other YMCA activities as our daughter grows older.

Very helpful program for parents who need childcare before school starts, when they have to be at work early.

My daughter is always doing something different everyday when I pick her up. It ranges from crafts to indoor gym activities. I love the variety and how the program keeps the kids active. She loves being there and seeing her friends as well. The staff is so kind and even help with homework sometimes, which is great for full time working parents.
I like the convenience of the program. The YMCA employees are great and very friendly.
Only place I can get my daughter to attend. So that says a lot.
