A wide variety of classes are offered and at different levels as well. Instructors are great, can't say enough about them. All staff are welcoming and it makes such a difference.
The water exercise classes have really helped my strength and balance.
We like using the machines for strengthening. They are clean and well-maintained. It is a pleasant environment for exercising.
I have participated in the donations for backpacks/back to school drives, and also the Angel tree drives at Christmas. I was able to help 4 different people get what they wanted for Christmas.
I jusr also want to highlight the overall cleanliness and sparkle of this gym; everytime I come in at 6:00 in the morning, it is clean and easy to find things.
There are many to choose from and the instructors make you feel welcome in the classes!
i participate in the Senior Silver Sneakers group exercise classes. The schedule is convenient for me and the instructors are not only professional and expert in their field, but also very friendly. I look forward to going to the Y every week, and sometimes will come on other days to get in more excercise.
I also love how this Y provides activities and speakers that are of interest to seniors. They entire staff at the Y are professional and friendly, from the time you check in, then on to your classes, and when you leave.

The gym equipment is nice and the walking/running track is a good added feature. Have not signed up for any activities yet but it appears the ones that have enjoy them.
