availability of trainers to ensure using equipment correctly. would be helpful to know where there is a list and areas of interest each trainer has as well as any education they have in athletic training or kineseology.
pool access, although not sure why it is closed from 1-4 pm everyday. would also be helpful to have number of lap lanes available in each section listed in the 360 app.

Haven't used many programs, only the gym. Plsn to use the pool soon.
They are fine. Just need a boost to get me there to take advantage of them and get help with equipment I am not familiar with. Enjoy some of the events for Seniors and Marta.

Love chair yoga Wed at 11.. I drive 45 minutes to attend . I wish there was a class at Fort Ben Y which is closer to me.

I think everything YMCA is like a community center that we feel part of community, it has lots of stuff for seniors to do, I like that
I love the silver sneakers programs & the 55+ programming lead by Marta.
The availability of the programs , they meet my scheduling needs. The instructor Pam is EXCELLENT AND VERY ATTENTIVE TO THE NEEDS OF THE PARTICIPANTS OF THE CLASS.

I attend the Water Aerobics sessions 3 days a week. The workouts provide me a great workout and help me maintain my weight. The Instructors are skillful, caring, and personable and the people who attend the session are friendly.
