I like the exercise machines especially the exercise bikes. But, they need to et the ones not working fixed, and there needs to be 5-6 more exercise bikes because they are so many people waiting to get on them. I also love the exercise classes for my age which is 60+
I am a 78 year old man with health issues. Cancer and kidney transplant. I try to keep my legs a balance working. I love the walking track. I fills my needs
The Tae Kwon Do classes are great. The teacher is patient and effective

I like the programs for AOA and the instructors for these classes, I usually attend the stretch class. I also like the track.

Friendly staff, dedicated staff to fitness, willingness and offers to modify exercises. The instructors see a need/able to identify those who may need more assistance to prevent injury.

Water Aerobics & AOA programs are outstanding! Instructors meet you where you are providing exercise modifications if necessary. The other participants are friendly & encouraging. It’s not just a class but a family!
