I haven't tried any programs or activities yet but I love using the stationary bike and weight machines. Front desk employees are always pleasant and the facility is clean.

I do enjoy the gym and people. Tried a few senior classes and the music was played at a dangerous volume, so a bit disappointed. Otherwise great experience so far.
Aqua aerobics is awesome and the instructors are very focused and observant of the class which helps to build confidence.

The facility is very clean and well kept. There are special classes and programs. The staff is very professional.
