Clean and well managed
I mainly use the resistance & strength training equipment. The equipment is well maintained and the area is always clean.

I love how clean the facility is, but wish someone would check the water pressure in the women's showers. The very last shower has almost no pressure.

I love chair yoga and working with my trainer, Ivonne. As a senior, I love social activities which has led me to make new friends
I like how the group swim lessons are at your own pace, so there's no pressure to learn as quickly as your classmates.
The facilities are very clean and staff was friendly and helpful when I came in for our 1st lesson. The pool is clean and a good temperature for young ones to swim. Our swim instructor was friendly and learns everyone's names quickly. My daughter likes the songs and activities is enjoying getting comfortable in the water.

I actually haven't had the opportunity to take advantage of your programs and activities lately. I have had a shoulder injury for over a year now and am just getting back into regular exercising. I have a good routine at home and it seems like whenever I go to the gym, I end up with an injury which is why I cancelled my membership. I may come back someday though! I love the YMCA and all you do!
