They are fun and educational. The instructors are knowledgeable and creative. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I love it!!
I absolutely love the cardio dance plus class. Tammy is an awesome instructor and really takes the class seriously. The class is definitely a great community of girls.

I really appreciate that Kim followed through on my request to extend the time limit on one of the ClimbMills. Ortho Indy Y is a great gym, workout facility, and community gathering center.
There are so many things for us to do with people our age. From classes to swimming to just talking. A great place to be a part of.

Ortho Indy’s water aerobics classes are without question the best in the Indy Metro area. Ortho Indy also has some great activities for 50+. Exercise & social activities for 50+ are great.

Aqua classes are top notch. Ms Donna rocks as an instructor ! Please keep those classes.
