A wide variety of classes are offered and at different levels as well. Instructors are great, can't say enough about them. All staff are welcoming and it makes such a difference.
The water exercise classes have really helped my strength and balance.
We like using the machines for strengthening. They are clean and well-maintained. It is a pleasant environment for exercising.
I have participated in the donations for backpacks/back to school drives, and also the Angel tree drives at Christmas. I was able to help 4 different people get what they wanted for Christmas.
I jusr also want to highlight the overall cleanliness and sparkle of this gym; everytime I come in at 6:00 in the morning, it is clean and easy to find things.
There are many to choose from and the instructors make you feel welcome in the classes!
