We are seniors and enjoy the varied ways to opportunities to stay active. The people - staff and participants -- always make it fun.
Everyone, from staff to other members is so friendly. Even though this is off topic, I really appreciate the cleanliness of the entire facility.
Not so busy that I can work out with usually only small waits for some strength machines. Grandkids take swim lessons which have a drawback in my view because instructors for their class change almost weekly, so each instructor starts anew not knowing what teaching techniques work best for them. Also, If instructors were more regular, kids would be able to build more trust in them week by week.
I like the indoor track and pool.
I like the fact that you’re there you can come in anytime and get your workout in and stuff. The only thing about it is that I don’t utilize the programs and activities as I should.

The Water Arobics: The Instructor’s all offer something a little different, which makes each group fun and somewhat challenging.
Friendly staff, clean environment, plenty of equipment, good group exercise
Fun energetic AM water class on Monday and Wednesday not so much on the other days. Donna is the best. She plays music that motivates her participants

All the senior programs. Meeting with friends I have met at the game m nites,,.the luncheon and other senior activities.

Different exercise class offered
I love the many water aerobics classes. I attend at least 4 a week.
I’m in the fitness these days so I appreciate the fact that I can do my lap swim on the days that I choose. And I also do the free weights or the circuit training on the other days. And I like the fact that they have new equipment up.
I am disappointed that there no yoga and /or chair yoga classes in the late afternoon. All of the classes look to be advanced. Not for people with moderate or senior abilities

Swimming and martial arts classes keeps my grandson active and good to see him progressing in these programs.
The down -to-earth instructors, that build comradary within their classes & seem to care about you individually and collectively! They make class fun & interesting, I MISS BARB & MONICA
The open hours are convenient. A wide range of structured activities along with self motivated workouts. Along with a helpful and friendly staff.

I enjoy the evening water aerobic classes

Donna always gives you an excellent workout in her water aerobics class, which is evident by the number of people that attend her classes. Lisa's Friday class is in serious need of help. She is condescending to participants and the overall class is boring. No music and the instructor isn't engaged with the class....she's preaching AT us. I'll try 1 more Friday and see how it goes. Laura and Erlene are great also. They understand how to teach their class.
