Diverse nature of activities in which all ages can participate.
Aqua Cardio classes are a wonderful way get a good workout with minimal stress on your joints.
Yoga classes are a great way to help with flexibility. They even have a chair yoga class that make it easier for those who have trouble getting down and up from the floor.
The staff has always been knowledgeable of events & programs that are going on. They are very friendly & helpful. The facility is clean & safe. You always have something going on. I also like the on line classes you provide.

Very family friendly.
The infant swimming program is laid back and a fun way to introduce our child to the water.
I enjoy the atmosphere and the water aerobics class. The staff is always helpful and professional. Since my first visit, I was won over and wanted to join and I've been coming non-stop ever since.
I would,however,like to see a water aerobics class that is scheduled in the evening and that's targeted towards a younger age demographic, so the workouts could be a little more challenging at times. I was told this was being made possible and that I could even be hired to lead such a class, but nothing has happened to make that happen since I first inquired during the winter months of 2024. The way I've been handled in this situation has given the feeling that there's some sort of racial bias involved. This makes me VERY unhappy with my membership.

I have not started any activities or programs yet. I just met with staff representatives last week about the various offerings. I do like the state of the art facilities and the opportunity to have one's own personal trainer if that is something I would like.
