I don't do any but I do utilize the weights and machines. I'm there 6 days out of the week working out and I enjoy the equipment and the atmosphere very much.

I love this facility! The staff are excellent and always heloful. I drive 20 miles to Irsay because of the superior service although Ortho Indy YMCA is only five miles away.
There are a lot of opportunities for members to participate in classes that are included in their membership dues, as well as member events outside of exercising.
I do not engage with specific programs or activities. I simply use the equipment on the second floor, specifically the elliptical machines and the eGym muscle training systems.

You have programs for all ages and groups and beng a senior I enjoy the pool very much.
I’ve been going to some of the other Ys around Indy recently and this one is the best! I like how there are cleaning bottles stationed around for cleaning as opposed to carrying your own everywhere. Living wall with mats is awesome.
