Excellent exercise equipment, especially with the E-Gym, very welcoming staff, very competent and caring personal trainers, wide range of fitness programs.

The facility is always in good shape. Equipment is in good shape and if there is an issue, it is dealt with in a reasonable time. The hours are good. I enjoy the pool as well. Well staffed. There are many workout options.
The facilities are very nice, clean, well run. The staff is very helpful. It is a cozy and positive place to visit, and even my 12-year-old felt accepted in the exercise area.
The facilities are always clean and well-kept, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and we love using the heated pool for our little ones to help burn off energy during the winter.
I like the pool however there is limited lap swimming times

I love the group classes—Body Pump in particular and the hours of operation! The sauna is my favorite 😍

I went swimming on a busy day. Some Little kid was non-parentally supervised and got a hold of an adult kick board in the recreational pool. The life guard spotted the kid ( age approx. 3 y.o. struggling with the board and was encouraging the kid to kick to the wall for support and was ready to rescue child if needed. A very ackward scene.
Parent showed up, got child's body and took the board away. I came to explain to parent I saw child take board from pool side. Parent asked me did I give the board to child. (Dude !!! ) Parent did not know what was going on because he was not supervising child. Life guard's attention to the child alerted the irresponsible parent.
Great job!!!!
Insist on parental supervision at AT ALL TIMES
Please consider Asking violators to exit Pool when breaking the rules as a courtesy to others in the Pool.
I have seen groups throwing small balls over head, loud whaling splashes, yelling tag play and Others in the Pool feel safe to SWIM when the guards check player's activities that infringe and dominate the rights of others to SWIM.
I have only used the exercise room but I love it so far

Your programs are a great way to help people maintain a healthy lifestyle and I love the children’s room my kids absolutely love going in there to play and I think it helps us parents to be able to workout and not worry about our children I mean it’s 2 hours of childcare it’s awesome

Dual swimming pools and egym
While I don't participate in programs or activities, I REALLY do enjoy the EGYM machines and workout at least 3 times a week. I also very much enjoy the Octane Fitness bikes you have there. Before I start my regiment on the eleven EGYM machines, I ride the Octane Fitness bike for 30 minutes. Between my diet, my meds and Irsay Family YMCA at the time of writing this letter, I have lost 122 pounds! Thanks!!
I Absolutely love Our water aerobics class. Caroline is the best. She's the reason I come there other than trying to get myself stronger and healthier me and my husband and my daughter sometimes but she does the workout area! some of the lifeguards can be a little rude, especially to the ones of us of color and I find that annoying, but I'm not gonna allow it to stop me from coming. I just think someone in the head supervising position needs to get that together with certain workers there
