A good variety
Pool is open for many hours, compared to the limited hours at the closed Ransburg YMCA.
OLD ancient ball games playing on the TVs gets to be a bit annoying.
My daughter and I love Irsay City Way.
Above is always a clean environment, kind staff, and love the upstairs gym ongoing.
My daughter has taken classes at Irsay as well (such as swim lessons a couple of years ago).
However, I would suggest advertising (spring break camp) more clearly. There was a confusion on price of camp due to how it was advertised. When speaking with the representative regarding above, she confirmed I was not the only parent whom was misinformed as well.

I like the pool. Wish you would open recreation pool at 6:00 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m.
There is Plenty of Space with many levels and Machine! My family and I don’t have to wait for anything to complete our work outs!

Helpful and a variety of fitness program free parķing
I was shocked how friendly and courteous everyone was at your location. I was just there for a tour and not expected anything more. The gym attendant recognized I was looking around as if i was new and needed help. He got me logged into the workout machines for full body workout and even did full body scan and gave me news I loved and hated at the same time! LOL

As a side note i wish the lap pool could be a little warmer!

Many equipment and close location
My 7 year old did spring break camp for the first time. He absolutely loved it! I like how easy drop off and pick up was and how convenient it was. Very friendly staff!
The gym is very clean and the equipment is nice. I typically enjoy coming here. I think my only complaint is that there is only one machine for chest fly, as it is always taken and people basically line up for it. An alternative would be a great addition
Loved that the sauna has been good and hot lately! Above 170 degrees is really where it’s at. Child care workers have been friendly and kind lately, although sometimes they are telling each other how many hours until they get off work. :-)
I’d like to see the women’s showers cleaned thoroughly as a little bit of mildew is a common sight. I’d also love if you brought back full-size towels. I think both of those are contributing to people not showering at the Y as much as they used to. Making it a one-stop-shop in the middle of the day would really increase satisfaction!
I enjoy the pool area and the upstairs exercise
I really appreciate having access to a lap pool that is cool enough. Pools that are mostly used for lessons for little ones feel like a bathtub after a lap or two. We are really lucky to have this facility.

I love that they have so many activities for kids to participate in. My daughter loves swimming and dance. When she’s older she can’t wait to be apart of the summer program.
I like the facility overall, the stations with staff on the main floor and upper floor. I like the multiple pools and look forward to swimming laps. I was a competitive swimmer for many years.
I greatly appreciate your portions in scheduling geared towards Seniors!
