I like that there is always something to do and the staff is so friendly it’s always so clean
I was having a bad day and I just wanted to go and worked out and be away from people that was involved in my everyday life. I went to check in and there was a girl there and she was very adamant about stopping me to let me know that I need to go and pay $12. She kept on talking to me about going to pay the $12 even though I told her that I was an employee and that I will pay the $12 next week when I return to work. The peaceful encounter that I was looking for was throwing out the window. We never know what kind of day people are having and sometimes coming to the gym is what they need to brighten their day but if the person at the membership desk is giving our members a hard time over $12 they may just be the icing on the cake for them.
The instructor, Miss Chris, is amazing!
Every one is friendly and also professional,I use pool and water is warm and is always being checked to be clean with chemicals.

I appreciate the availability of personal training staff in the wellness center and the swimming pool. I wish the pool was also open for lap swim in the afternoon. I am happy that the Irsay Y hosts that Pride Academy. It's great to see the kids learning to swim.

Clean facility
We love being active as a family. Egym machines are GREAT- that was the factor that made us get a membership. I like the variety of group classes and we like the Stay and Play that is offered. Kids Night Out and the summer camp are very nice programs.
My trainer Eden is very professional. We had our first session and I enjoyed it.
how friendly and welcoming the staff are
Honestly I’ve only done one program and zero activities. Usually just use the gym. I did a small group training class(MX4) that I very much enjoyed but an injury meant I have had to stop that for the time being.

I really enjoy the EGYM, free weights that allow me to continue my p.t. exercises and machines by CITY WAY. I've also enjoyed the pool. HOWEVER......I DO NOT ENJOY LOOKING AT ALL OF THE DUST, DIRT, FILTH, TOWEL LINT and other dirt that accumulates around ALL of the machines!!! Very unsanitary!

This is easily the best gym that I have had a membership for everything‘s clean the people they are great and good basketball runs almost every morning
