Great variety of classes offered for all ages and skill levels. I really enjoy the community among the members.
There is a good range of group ex classes to meet everyone’s needs. Many of the instructors are very good at providing feedback / adjustments to make sure injuries are prevented.
But! The sound system in the group ex room need a speaker in the back of the room. The instructor can’t hear the music since the speakers are above and behind them. ONE speaker in the back of the room will allow the instructor to turn down the volume which better meets the needs of the members.

Just use workout area
I like the live cycling/spinning classes. Claire and Melanie do an excellent job and should be acknowledged.
I have a recommendation for another class, but I assume there is another block to make that suggestion.
Water aerobics
The warm water in the Rec Pool.
Ell run programs and activities through the tough times of the pandemic. Lot of credit to management and staff for their resiliency.
It's good having swimming lite workouts and yoga classes, good for older people not having to hurt my old body

I just started there but love the atmosphere and everyone is so helpful and polite. Trying to recruit more of my co-workers to join the YMCA and begin their journey in getting healthier!

Not too crowded
I’m a 60+ Outdoor Cyclist and have never participated in a Peloton or Indoor Cycling program. Following a couple of surgeries for lower back and shoulder injuries. I’m starting to get involved in cardio and strength work. I’ve found the Instructors Melanie, Claire, and Linda to be knowledgeable and excellent motivators.
Lots of classes, lap swimming and a diverse group of people. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Aqua classes. However there always seems to be something wrong with the pool. More than normal unexpected closings.
