As a retiree, I find the wide range of offerings to be great. From aqua aerobics to strength training, there’s plenty for me to enjoy.
Friendly and helpful associates and members at the Benjamin Harrison YMCA. My personal trainer Emily is very knowledgeable and helpful with both cardio and weight bearing exercises. I have combined her exercises with lap swimming to strengthen my body and maintain better balance. Thank you for making this 76 year old feel like a 20 year old Olympian. - Tom Last name removed

I love the pool. Hate it’s closed for 3 hrs in afternoon but am loving some of the aquatic programs.
Silvers sneakers classes. Always a friendly greeting upon arrival.
At the present, I only attend 1:00pm LIFE class by Emily. It's a perfect fit for my health needs.

I just use the weight machines and cardio.
Only suggestion is for a sign:
Please don't spray directly on the machines! (there are small signs on most of the machines but many people ignore them)
there's lots of activities that I can do
I like the private swim lessons. Carrington is awesome with my son. Also like the Aqua Zumba class.
