Excellent facility super clean super friendly always a hello and have a great day when I enter and leave. Jacob is top notch as a personal trainer… no dead bodies n tanning beds like my last gym. Best in city. Skip

It's not very busy on Saturdays, we use the pool and gym. My grandson is going to attend summer camp, and he looks forward to it.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like body pump, strength and endurance classes. I would like to see a low impact aerobic class that doesn’t involve so much dancing. Seems I spend more time learning the dance steps than getting aerobic activity. You could call it Prime Time Fitness and make it an all levels class. Oh, and I just go to the morning classes so can’t speak for the evening classes.

I like picketball and spinning as well as the weights and machines.

I also like that you partner with the VA on producing programs which benefit Veterans' health.
