I really like the facilities and the programs. The only thing you might consider would be adding boxing bags or a boxing program. It's also good for Parkinson's patients.
I love the deep waters aerobics and the great instructors!
Coaches know what they are doing and have taught my child a lot. They are organized and keep the kids engaged. We've done sports several places and this has been one of the best experiences so far.
I enjoy all of the AOA activities and I’m glad there’s now 5 week days of options. The classes allow each individual to exercise at their own pace and level of ability. I personally miss Char and her chair cardio class. Sonya’s classes are so much fun it doesn’t seem like a workout. The ladies restrooms are much cleaner and the floors are no longer slippery. They’re much safer to walk on since the new lady has been cleaning them.
The people are very nice and helpful. I haven't tried an activity yet, but I have used the workout room.

The childcare program has saved my mental health as a first time mom. Knowing I can leave my child with trusted care givers while I get a workout in has made me a much happier mom, wife, friend. Thank you for offering this program. The Y really cares about mothers just based off this one small program. I know there are many others I haven't taken advantage of yet, but I will once my daughter is older

It's not very busy on Saturdays, we use the pool and gym. My grandson is going to attend summer camp, and he looks forward to it.

The variety
I like body pump, strength and endurance classes. I would like to see a low impact aerobic class that doesn’t involve so much dancing. Seems I spend more time learning the dance steps than getting aerobic activity. You could call it Prime Time Fitness and make it an all levels class. Oh, and I just go to the morning classes so can’t speak for the evening classes.

That I can come in one own time, and workout at my own pace. I really love the help that the staff give when learning how to use the equipment. Can't wait to get into the water aerobics. 👍🏻 for excellent service
