Water aerobics.
The weight room is always open and has many machines that I use and enjoy
I mainly use the workout room and sometimes the pool. My 2 year old is in the Daycare which has been absolutely amazing for him! We also utilize the childcare on Saturdays so I can work out. I love everything about the Fort Ben Y!
