Attention to detail and I was asked twice if the length of my hair was exactly what i wanted. And it took a moment of me running my hand through my hair to know that it was still a bit too long! So then it was made perfect.... and then i tested again and knew it was exactly how i like my hair.
Been there many times, and they have how I like my hair cut saved on file. And everyone is very nice and friendly.
