Lucy is who keeps me coming back. I consistently receive an outstanding haircut from her. She takes the time to ensure my cut is excellent. When she was off, I was due for a haircut. Rather than go to someone else because I was due for a cut, I waited nearly 2 weeks to get it cut just so I could have Lucy do it.
Friendly staff at the Oxford Crossing location for the last several years that I have been going there .. no matter which stylist I get when I arrive with no reservation, that person looks back in their system and reminds me how I cut my hair and beard in the past, and would I like to maintain that cut on this visit .. Deanna has the best attention to detail, and has just the right amount of conversation while the cut and the VIP service takes place .. regards .. Name removed
