Senior Exercise Classes
A swimming pool would make it even better.
Everyone is nice and helpfull
The only program I am involved in is the Adult fitness class at 11 am on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, but can’t attend Friday’s class. Leez is the teacher and her energy is a good example of the advantage of exercise.
Since I am almost 95, I can thank the Y for offering this class!

Great group fitness programs
We just use the workout equipment but we love the fact that it is peaceful and very close to us. The office staff is fabulous; always helpful and so nice.
