I absolutely loved the classes that you offer for older adults. My sister and I were there 3 times a week for almost 2 months while in Florida. Your instructors are top notch and with so much variety , we loved coming. Hope to be back next year
The Fort Myers YMCA offers a variety of exercise classes with trained instructors, and opportunities to learn how to use exercise equipment with a knowledgeable trainer. The YMCA is available to all ages and also provides daycare and camps for children.

I only use the gym. It’s clean, staff is friendly. Great members. Highly recommend.
I love that classes start at 9 in the morning! You clearly know your audience of mainly retirees. And I love the teachers and the variety of classes offered. I get a great workout no matter what class I take.
Your instructors are particularly Ciara and Linda and Debra awesome. So knowledgeable and helpful. They provide great classes!

Florida citizens should enjoy shooting basketball hoops weekly to stay in shape healthy for all ages . Ask whomever visits you all employees how their weeks been to build friendships kindness & offer drinks & snacks too . Zumba, yoga and Pilates
I like the simplified gym. I like the accessibility to it and not overpacked like other big gems. Plus the membership rate is very affordable. The staff is always joyful and helpful anytime we need them. Ciara has made a significant impact on my daughter, a teen, working on her Strength training.
I only do the physical exercise program 2-3 times a week and get a lot out f it.
