It offers a lot for everyone from kids to adults.
Even have a baby/tots sitting room. They offer
brewed coffee almost all hours and often times
members bring coffee cakes. In short the atmosphere is friendly all over.

Everyone is so sweet to me, on the phone and the workers. I enjoy seeing all the nice people that go there, smiles on faces.

Schedule of classes

Grounds are maintained and pretty. People at front desk are nice. Enjoy the pool and classes provided.

I have only gone to the Y for the arthritis water classes. I love the instructors, especially Maria in Monday. I try not to miss this class as she really knows her business, in one hour she touches every joint in your body which is a big help. She also has as nice personality to everybody. The wed, and Friday class is as kid great which I really enjoy equally as much. If I have time the hot tub is great also if that one man that goes every doesn’t put the hose in with cold water for himself. Lifeguards say the tell him not to but he doesn’t listen. I also enjoy the lifeguards. Bring a senior I think they are so cute doing their job so intent. Sometimes I take a little snack on table where coffee is. But I just enjoy the Y and all the employees are so help and extremely polite.

I like the classes your Y provides and I am very impressed with your instructors and staff as a whole.

Opens at 5 am for me to workout before work.
