The exercise swim
I am an 85 year old women and I love the 8 am water aerobic class with Maria on Tuesday and Thursday. It is more fun than the machines and you can socialize with friends while working out and then enjoy the whirlpool.

I like the variety of classes. I enjoy all of the different equipment in the weight area. I like the new cardio equipment.
Arthritis water programs
Yes! There are several programs that interest me like woman’s strength training with Anissa and belly dancing, plus arthritis pool classes.
I like that you offer a variety of classes. But, wish you offered classes right at 8 a.m. instead of 8:30 or 8:45 which is very difficult for someone who still works to make it to work at 9 a.m. or 9:30 a.m. - usually am starting work late. I realize there are a lot of retirees at this gym, but not everyone is retired.
Also, the fullest classes are not offered more than once or twice a week - like Cardio Fusion Yoga and HIIT or Combat. There need to be options at night if you're only offering in the morning for those of us who work - and there are several of us! Or again, offer them a start time at 8 a.m.
Would love to see classes added or times shifted to accommodate us all.
They are tailored to your needs and wants. A wide variety to choose from!
Clean place to work out
The staff is very friendly & the premises are kept very clean. So far the whole experience has been wonderful. I have nothing negative to say about this ymca.

Great Staff and classes!
Facility is not that far from where I live, there is a variety of programs to choose from. They had get together for their members and family members i.e. potluck dinners, other celebrations members.
The equipment is always clean. The staff is friendly and always helpful. I met new friends while working out.
The “Y” a great organization, I grew up going to the Y in Connecticut. The gym is great! Also being next to park is a great setting. I love to walk there and then visit gym. Staff is friendly and helpful when needed.
I like the classes offered but wish there were more available
I like the exercise classes for older adults, like me!
Great classes. Friendly staff. Class participants are welcoming to new people.
Only negative is that it is hard to get into some of the classes. Several people are resentful that they are paying for classes they can’t get into and are looking around for alternatives.
