Excellent line dancing classes with Charles and Margaret Grubbs as instructors.
The pool is clean. The locker room showers need to be inspected more often as some ladies leave hair which grosses me out.

The childcare is great, my three kids like it and they are treated well & feel safe there! I really love the spin & Pilates classes.

I'm at the Y almost everyday. It works for me as a senior, and in my opinion works very well..Highly courteous staff and enough equipment to keep me coming back .

I enjoy the freedom to come, on my time schedule. There are so many classes to choose from and the equipment is first rate. The staff, has always been helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The location is convient for me which is an added plus.

Water aerobics floor exercise

I enjoy the friendly atmosphere that your staff provides from walking in the door and out. My classes with instructor Elaine N. are very enjoyable and have helped me tremendously both physically and mentally. I’ve enjoyed the upbeat class of Kyle as well but the smaller class size of the older adult classes suit me more.

I like the variety of exercise classes. My favorites are chair yoga and water exercise classes.

I only go once a week and work with a personal trainer and I like her very much.
