So many helpful classes that promote fitness at all levels. Excellent water classes and as important lots of free swim times!!!

Lap lane and pool temperature is best of all other facilities that I go to. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

I love the people who work here. I thoroughly enjoy the classes and love making new friends from my classes. I especially like the line dance classes. When the exercise is fun you don't have to nag or push yourself to do it. The wonderful instructors make every class fun.

I like the equipment, and the classes. I do get distressed when the equipment has tears in it as it makes MRSA more likely.

I really enjoy the group activities. I just don't like when there's too many people in a class. The only down side about that is i would never get in a class.
The instructor's need to help more on form when lifting weights. A lot of times I am showing people how to lift, so they don't hurt themselves.
