Friendly people and I love the amount of classes that there are and the timeframes... l just wish that it wasn't so hard to be right on top of reserving a spot and that you only have a thirty six hour window to get in on the courses. The classes I want to take are at eleven and twelve during the day, which means I have to wake up at night to book the class to get in on one. 48 hrs seems to be a better timeframe... l Do like the "wait list" but there again, it takes me 45 minutes to get there and get inside. So a last minute spot, it doesn't work either.
Thank you for letting me give your opinions and have a great day!
I love your classes and friendly staff!
I appreciate the variety of class offerings and the schedule works fairly well for me as a retired person. Instructors are friendly and offer modifications as needed in class. I like that the Y addresses not just the physical needs of the individual, but also the social and psychological. Consider offering adult learn to swim classes and another Livestrong session for cancer survivors nd their caretakers.
I love the variety of classes and times.
I like that the Y has a variety of classes. I can usually get a reservation for most of them. However, the Les Mills Bodypump offered MWF @ 7:00 & 9:00 appears to be the most popular & difficult to get a reservation. Often there are not enough weights for the amount of attendees. This is probably due to the increase of population in the winter months. I am more interested in a weight lifting program 3days a week and will probably seek out a different facility next season.
Love Debbie’s drumming class
The variety and the cleanliness
Classes are offered for core strengthening and for aerobics.
I like the pickleball option.
I like the variety of classes and floor equipment.
I take the body pump class, which I especially like. The only improvements I would suggest is replacement of weights that are leaking sand. I understand they may be expensive, but I think it would be worth it.
The gym atmosphere, the friendly staff
Go when you want to.
The YMCA has a variety of activities for everyone from children/youth to senior citizens.
Very much like group exercise classes.
All the equipment
Lots of options for working out alone or in a group. Something for everyone
No other gym has the classes that they have at the y and as many of them you can play pickleball. You can go to the pool, the sauna. There's bingo. It's a great place
Very welcoming and
Great classes!!!!!
Website is easy to navigate. Staff is friendly and welcoming with a greeting in the morning and a coffee on the way out. Classes are many and instructors are knowledgeable and good. I enjoy myself at the gym.
Water aerobics!
Wholesome, conducive to creating a value based community. Love it. Need more of this in the world.
I love the water aerobics. Jan is a great instructor and people in the class are friendly and helpful.
The app is easy to use and although joining the Y took some time at the desk it was well worth it!
Variety and instructors
spin and yoga and body combat classes
I’m happy at the Y but like everyone else I’m concerned about all the new houses around the building and river road that the Y is becoming too crowded
Friendly atmosphere
Nice variety, nice environment.
The variety
There are a variety of classes. Easy to register. Instructors are good.
(Might increase those classes that are always full - especially during season - even offering some later in the day).

Good variety, new equipment
