I just started today was my third time that I went. I would like to do some stretching classes but not sure if they go with my schedule. I mostly walk and do the bike. I'm not too sure on the machines yet. I think I'm gonna need to see if I can get a trainer to help me figure out how to do those, but I do like the way you're got great hours.

So much equipment!

We are new and are trying many of the classes. We enjoy them all and find the teachers to be great. We appreciate how clean it is.

So far I’m just working out on my own. Love to spin but your classes are a little too early for me. Something around 9:30 would be good

Pickleball is great…just wish there was more room between the back to back courts, especially regarding safety!

Awesome instructors, great variety

Cardio Splash is great. It is such a good workout with reliable and fun instruction. I have done chair yoga too and found it helpful and thoughtfully led. Lunch and Learns were good last year...haven't experienced yet since I have been back this winter. It must be really hard to continually welcome newcomers or returners to classes in winter, and I think you all do that well. It is nice to come to the Y and feel seen.
