Your teachers. They are well trained and helpful. Emily (Masters Swimming), Lori (Body Pump), Audrey (Sub for Lori), front desk staff, and whom ever cleans the bathroom/showers/dressing room. They all are great.
Great programs for me.
I like the diversity of the classes, the times at which they are offered, and the talented instructors! The facility is nicely maintained, and front desk has always been amicable and efficient. Some upgrades in the weight room would be my only suggestion, but that seems minor overall

Multiple class options. Instructors are very good. Many machine choices for those who prefer a more traditional workout. Cost is reasonable. On line resources to keep you updated.
Programs are good. I’d like to see more stretching programs.

YMCA Englewood is the best.
I have belonged to the YMCA for about 12 years. I love taking the classes. My instructors have always been great and I have built up many friendships.
Place is clean. People very friendly. Instructors are great!

I go to several classes at the Y. I have had Parkinsons for several years and spending 4 hours each day taking classes like cardio Drumming, Rock Steady boxing, senior spinning, and more help keep me feeling great! Actually I help teach the Parkinson Exercise class which is a great class and has many wonderful people that are friends.
It is a great place to keep active and make new friends!

There is a wide variety of group exercise classes to choose from. Debbie Marz is the best. Cardio drumming classes are so fun. Debbie's classes create community. There is a social connection built by the members that keeps everyone coming back. Special program not offered at other Ys, you're lucky to have her on your wellness team.
Leslie D. is also a good instructor. She too has noticeably popular classes and connects with members.
The facility is generally pretty clean.
Sometimes the app is frustrating signing up for classes doesn't always take your reservation. Says class not available.
