I enjoy water aerobics very much. Jan is a great instructor with a great sense of humor!

I really enjoy the parkinson’s class also Rick is great . We laugh our way through the class

I love the entire environment. Every time I enter the facility I feel energized. The staff is so friendly. There are so many different classes to choose from, all with great class leaders. The facility has a lot of machines and is very clean. It is one of my favorite places to go when I am staying at my condo in Englewood.

I like the classes for older adults.
I wish there was a watersrobic class at 10:00 or 11:00 once a week, maybe for older adults.
Strong back yoga on floor for older people.

I love the Zumba, Dance Fit classes. Pilates is really amazing. And the stretch class is fantastic.
