Website is easy to navigate. Staff is friendly and welcoming with a greeting in the morning and a coffee on the way out. Classes are many and instructors are knowledgeable and good. I enjoy myself at the gym.

I love the water aerobics. Jan is a great instructor and people in the class are friendly and helpful.
The app is easy to use and although joining the Y took some time at the desk it was well worth it!

There are a variety of classes. Easy to register. Instructors are good.
(Might increase those classes that are always full - especially during season - even offering some later in the day).
We have a great time at the YMCA.

Diversity of programming available to all ages. Staff with whom I deal are very knowledgeable and excellent with people. Makes me enjoy my experiences at the Englewood YMCA.
I like the variety! One can choose from many options . Housekeeping has to be a bit more aware of keeping the building clean . Inside and outside. The entrance always looks a mess.
