I love Cardio Drumming class!! Debbie Marz is the BEST!! I also liked the opportunity to try an acupuncture session there!! The front desk folks are welcoming and helpful!! I do wish there were more afternoon classes available.

Activities for Seniors!
Just really enjoy the workout facilities where I can come in. And have a good solid hour uplifting, hey, an exercise
I enjoy using the gym. The music could be a little lower. I do not wear my own ear buds. I have not been able to take any classes. Everybody is very helpful.
Gym
I mainly just use the gym (no classes or other programs). Gym is clean with plenty of equipment choices. Staff is always friendly.
Zumba class with David is the best! Also enjoy body pump with Lori.
Variety of classes offered. How about adding a Tai Chi class?

I like the gym fitness area of the Y. I like the fitness diversity of the participants and people are friendly. It is not like one of those macho gyms.
