I love your staff. Lou and Carin at the front desk are extremely helpful and welcoming. Rebecca is an outstanding teacher and encouraging coach for body pump.
The hours open are great. The location is great. What I love most about the Y is the Monday through Friday staff in the am really make an effort to know and care about you. I don't see this effort as much during later in the day or weekends.
Many members are isolated socially, and your staff helps to decrease this. I used to be a psychotherapist, so I keep up with challenges that we have in our community when it comes to people's wellness. Your staff building a relationship with others is so important to members health.
If it would be helpful for me to do an in-service to your staff about this topic, I am happy to do so.

I love the YMCA in Punta Gorda. Wish we had more space and more evening classes as well. The fitness instructors are amazing!!!

The facility is spacious, very well equipped and clean.

I like the variety of the classes offered. I would like the Body Pump classes to be a full hour since Les Mills have them choreographed for a full hour. We get a bit of work out with a full hour versus 45 minutes.

I absolutely love the programs I participate in. However, it is very challenging to sign up for the class I like, Zumba, as it fills within a minute of opening the registration.
