I like classes before 9am and after 5:30pm as I work for a living. I love my personal trainer, I feel like she is really helping me improve my body. One thing you could address is the need for overflow parking. And maybe more pickleball courts...with just the lines painted for pickleball.

I really value and like the pump class with Rebecca. She is an excellent instructor. However, the room is awkward. It would be nice if it was bigger and square shapped.

Overall, the facility is very clean.

I love the facility, equipment and the employees. Parking during the hours of seven and 10:30 AM it’s a problem.

The classes, weights and the people

I go to use the weight machines. I really enjoy riding my bike there, so it's a great location for me.

The best part is the AM Team. They know everyone's name. I greatly appreciate that they get to know us. They genuinely provide support and caring to us.

I feel so good, as well as I stay so healthy because of working out at the Y.

During “season” you have a wide variety of classes with excellent instructors. Unfortunately, it’s very hard to get into these classes as they fill up so quickly. The classes are geared for everyone and the instructors are happy to help people who need assistance and/or modifications. Your front staff, especially, Karin, is excellent. She’s friendly, informative and always helpful. Also, she always has a smile on her face and happy to greet everyone. In addition, the new pickleball instructor, Gary Wilson, is a great and welcome addition.

I am so glad that you provide Rock Steady. I enjoy this activity. The trainers are outstanding and make us smile.

I like the ease of everything ..I thought I would be surrounded by “Models”🙂It is not the least bit intimidating for an older person !
Being a snowbird , it is perfect for my time here …Looking forward to joining again next year .
By the way , the lady ,Karin , at the main desk is a lovely helpfull lady and a real asset to the YMCA !

Zumba with Robert is the best !

The Active Older Adult classes. Just need to be more of them as they are so hard to get in to. They can fill up in 30 seconds!

The variety and the instructors

I like the variety of programs and activities.
The staff are always helpful and cheerful.

First it’s the smiles and greetings of your employees. The layout of the gym is perfect and you have all the equipment I need and enjoy. I haven’t taken classes but my friends all love them.

It would be great if more HIT FIT classes are added in the morning.

The YMCA of Punta Gorda is a very friendly and easily accessible facility that provides most everything you need for fitness & fun activities.

Such an amazing facility with approachable and helpful staff and attendees. Everyone is so nice, kind and friendly. The schedules are for all ages and ranges of activity.

Highly recommend

Like the classes offered- especially HIIT and cycle. Instructors are knowledgeable and friendly. The staff is also friendly and welcoming.
