Great, friendly staff, from the moment you walk in the door! Awesome instructors and a family-friendly atmosphere. The new app is so much easier to use, too. I do wish we could get some new hand weights in the group exercise room since many of them have coatings that are cracked or coming off, but overall our Y is super!
i enjoy all the my classes i do ! i think all the teachers are very good and very nice
i only would like to have a strength class later ! 10-11 , the pumps and strength are too early.
Have a little of everything. It would be perfect if there was a pool but I have no complaints

There is a program for everybody. The people there are fabulous from the front desk to the trainers, even to the patrons. Everybody is so nice and so friendly.
I’ve belonged to four gyms in Punta Gorda in the 12 years that I’ve been here. None of the gyms have been as fun to be at as the Y. As soon as I started coming here three years ago, I knew I found a home.Its fun to be at the Y.M.C.A…

I love this place. It's clean, it has so much more to offer than I've taken advantage of and the absolute special thing are the friendly employees who always are welcoming and there to help you in any way possible. I've been to only one other facility and the atmosphere didn't come close to the one here. Thank you !
