I enjoy body pump and yoga at 8 and 9am. All of the staff are friendly, well trained, and professional.
I especially like the Active Older Adults classes. The instructors are great! I also appreciate having use of the equipment on the second floor. The pool is really nice too!

Venice Y is a very nice facility. Lots of exercise equipment ; and, very helpful and pleasant staff.

I like the Pilates with Jamisue. She is energetic and encouraging. I come regularly because she creates an exercise environment where we can also make friends.

I like your special health and fitness classes. I am glad you have personal trainers to help us with our fitness goals. I really like your long open hours from early dawn to late evening so I can schedule my exercise routines around my ever changing daily tasks. I am so happy you keep up with maintenance on your machines and equipment as well as keeping good supplies of sanitation resources available and handy. I am very grateful that you are so responsive to adding classes as demand requires and as new technology and machines become available. Your staff are always very helpful and friendly. I think some of the new classes are very creative and fun. Makes coming to the YMCA an adventure and something to look forward to because you never know what new programs and activities might be introduced for unique challenges both physically and mentally. Also love the range of online courses and videos so I can keep up my fitness goals while I am out-of-town or at home.

I have been a member for 21 years and love the Venice YMCA. There are a lot of choices for classes, something for everyone and I love that. The instructors are the best, especially Judy and Jan. I am not too happy with the sign in, mostly during snow-bird season. Sometimes you can't even get into a class, and I am a full-time resident and member here. Other than that, everything is great!
