Chair yoga with Stacy is fabulous. She is the best instructor I have ever had. Stacy is very kind, aware of limitations and very knowledgeable.

There’s a lot of variety in classes, plenty of good equipment, the pool is great as well as the jacuzzi, and it’s very clean throughout. Front desk is very helpful and it’s a great place to workout. 😀👍🏊🚴

My 3 sons have grown up using the Y the pool and organized activities and sports. It is clean safe and full of friendly faces.
