Group fitness classes
I enjoy the classes. However, the ones I want to do are very difficult to get into. There should be more offerings if possible.

You have better and more classes for seniors than I’ve seen at any other gym! I want to return to Venice in the future, and the primary reason for that is the Venice Y!
I like that there’s plenty of room and a lot of space to work out. There are plenty of different classes to choose from and times. There is a good selection of equipment.
I like the classes I take and the instructors. Also, the staff are very nice and helpful.

I have not been involved in any of the programs because we are only here two months out of the year but the equipment is in great shape. I come at least five days a week. I thought my home Y in Ohio was the best but I find the Y in Venice every bit as nice and clean and people friendly.

Cardio splash and power hour
I’ve only been to a few classes but all have been great! Active Adults with Susan has been a good class for me to get back into exercising. StretchFIT with Susan was a good blend of cardio and stretching routines. Did Cardio Drumming with Charlotte today for the first time and I’m hooked! So much fun!! Loved the music and the routines! Looking forward to going back :)

The programs and activities are structured for all age groups. No matter what stage a person is in life there is something for us to enjoy.
