Everything is mostly fine, I did have one issue with the tank monitor freezing and not reflecting the correct amount of propane in the tank, therefore, I ran out of propane. I am on auto delivery so this was frustrating for me. They did get someone out first thing the next morning to refill my tank and re-light the pilot for my water tank which was nice. I'll just have to remember to keep an eye on when I receive propane deliveries since my tank monitor may or may not be defective.

Very helpful in understanding the contract and deciding what is the best option for you. They don’t raise their prices so outrageous like some other companies I have seen. There’re local and always right there if needed. So glad I’m now part of the Musco family. Thank you

Have been with Musco since 1988. Have always been there for us. Dependable,reliable,professional, and friendly. Would not use anyone else.
When I called with sticker shock LOL about the cost of my propane fill, Tammy calmed me down and took very good care of me. This shows they value my business as, other company's also sell propane and, it would be very easy to switch. Customer service is as important as the cost of the product and, Tammy showed she gets that.
