Well, let me be honest. I miss the small business prior to Musco selling to Superior. The team was always personable and pricing reasonable. There has been transition periods with booking keeping etc. most, returning customers are patient with including myself. But since the transition, I have experienced improved services which I appreciate. Luckily, the team is patient with a customer like myself.
I consider customer service as excellent.
The only concern both near and long term is pricing. Not just with fuel (propane), but basic maintenance and repairs. With inflation, it is difficult to determine what is overpriced and what is not. Keep in mind that the inflation increases are not the same as salary increases. Inflation has been greater. Just something that I am monitoring and there may be a time when I have to make unfortunate choices.
For today, I am very happy with services provided.

GAS HAS BEEN AVERAGING ME ABOUT $359. to $400.00 Per Month for the Winter Months.
Other Company I had Charged me $900 to $1,100.00 Per Winter Months. Big Savings. Used Gas Fire Place to heat Whole House From September to May. With Thermostat Set AT 76°to 77° on Automatic Fireplace. 1,684sqft ranch house with 3 9ft Tray Ceilings, 1 Vaulted Ceiling, 1. 8ft Ceiling, and 1. Tenft Ceiling with 2 9ft Windows on either side of the fireplace. And... a 12ft Foyer. and 2 Bathrooms. I have 4 ceiling fans. Two used all winter. The DOUBLE ENDED ONE IN BREAKFAST ROOM. and. LARGE CEILING FAN IN LIVINGROOM. House has been nice and warm. Bedrooms go down to 66° at night but Electric Blanket Takes care of that with Small Electric Heater only used at Night so BATHROOM & bedroom Warm in Morning for Shower. Much CHEAPER THAN OIL OR ELECTRIC HEAT.
I've had both. Oil a little cheaper but maintenance cost on Oil Burners outweigh slight savings.
Get 500 Gallon Tank instead of 300 gallon. You will save a lot between deliveries even though bill high all at once instead of a little at a time. Since SETUP IN SEPTEMBER I have paid a TOTAL OF, $2,600.00 TO APRIL 30, 2022
