When call always pleasant to speak to and understanding. The superior website doesn’t always allow certain entries and Virginia propane always able to work out.
I ran out of propane unexpectedly and my account showed that I had plenty. The woman who answered my distressed call to Virginia Propane soon after they opened in the morning was sympathetic, checked with the dispatchet, and said someone would be there by noon. The delivery person got there by 11:30, filled my tank, identified the problem with the gauge, came in to check all my pilot lights, and while he was there kindly got the drawer under my stove back on track. Both people were professional, personable, and undetstanding.

I like that I can monitor my tank level remotely from the website and the monthly budget payments are really helpful especially after this most recent fill up given the current state of the economy/inflation. David my delivery person is a really great guy and always has a happy disposition. Its always good too see him show up and have a quick "hello" for the few minutes he is here taking care of business.
I do wish though that prices were a little more competitive. Before Virginia Propane merged with Superior the pricing levels were much lower.
I was not home when the tanks were filled.
