I tried to place an order for propane online on 2 different dates - but the program did not pass my information along to whoever schedules your service. Once I was able to talk with a person in the office, my order was placed.
I got propane delivered Friday but had an ice ball that caused a leak. Roger came out after hours, fixed it quickly and was very nice. Thanks!!!!

i changed years ago from Amerigas to Va propane because i got so tired of the rates and when i called they would lower it . i am dissapointed that va propane is now doing the same thing ugh. last year they charged me like 4.50 gallon when i called and complained they lowered it like 3.20 or somthing like that same thing this year 3.79 to 3.39 still high i think but i hate that it has come to this again. i have always been very satisfied with va propane and becuse i have a 500 tank wont be changing anytime soon but i wish all these companies would not try to scam the customers

We have been with VA Propane for over a decade. Their service has been impeccable. When I was ill for a prolonged time and forgot to check the propane level, they went above & beyond to get propane to me immediately. You don’t have to wait long periods of time when you request a delivery, usually it’s within two days. They have an auto-delivery program if you choose. We tried other companies, but none could compare with VA Propane. I highly recommend them and they offer a military and Senior Citizen discount. In my opinion they are the best.
