Previously I’ve been very satisfied with your service and prices BUT I just looked at my bill compared to the average New York propane prices. There is a great disparity between what you are charging us and the average prices in our region. What happened? Your prices were the lowest. Obviously, that is why we went with you as well as giving you a GLOWING review on the internet as well as persuading many of our friends to give you a call. Below is a snapshot of the average prices in NYS and our region. We paid $4.499000 for our 92 gallons and with our hazmat fee for a whopping total of $425.98

They have always been very responsive when I have called, you get a real person to talk to and not a series of numbers which is so nice in today's market.
There’s nothing I don’t like so far
There's. A gage on my tank that tells them I am low so they can automatically fill the tank, the driver I've had has been friendly and considerate, when I have called you get a customer service person don't have to go thru prompts after prompts..
