I like that I have the freedom of not worrying about by fuel levels! Your prices and lock in prices are better than any competitors , what I don’t like is that I used to get a service ticket left at my door when delivery occurred, I have put a note at tank reminding them to leave ticket… and it is still ignored!
I just wanted to say thank you to Alan for responding to my survey I did yesterday. He responded to my complaint in one day, which has never happened with your company and me before. If he gets my problem resolved as promised I will most likely continue my service with you. Time will tell but I can say I want to give Alan a chance because he seemed sincere. We are very, very happy that we switched our propane services to Superior Plus Propane. Not only is the price we were given for our contract very reasonable, but any time we have a question or concern, we just call our local office and the young lady there is extremely helpful. We also like the fact that our inground tank is monitored and when it is time for a delivery we don't even have to call; they come and deliver and everything is done very professionally. I would definitely recommend this company.
