The other day, when I got home, I discovered that we had no propane fuel, both tanks were completely empty despite paying for service that was set to prevent that from happening. When I called, I was informed that a deliver attempt had been made but couldn't be completed due to work being done on my house. BUT, no one had the decency to call and let me know this in order to prevent that reality from happening. Needless to, I was furious! I immediately called Superior and was told that a technician would get back to me withing 90 minutes. Well, not only did the technician come as promised but filled both tanks AND went to the basement to make certain that my automatic hot water heater was back online properly and that ALL gas outlets were working well. He was a delight and went out of his way to be as much of assistance as possible. The next day I got a call from the manager to see all was well. He turned what was an infuriating situation into a positive experience!

We are new customers of Superior. Customer service rep David Van Gulick professionally and promptly processed our new account and quickly answered all of our questions, both by phone and email. Since we were a new prospective customer, there was a required inspection of our tank and propane lines. This was professionally performed by your tech rep Charlie, who arrived on time and was also very professional and cordial. The Superior pricing arrangement was very reasonable and affordable. The propane delivery took place less than a week after the tank inspection.We have great confidence in Superior and in its employees and pricing!
