During renovations please think about adding another layer of bluebeard or some other sound barrier as the body combat classes are very noisy and distracting.

Just about to get started in conjunction with the amazing therapists at Soul P. T. , I’m very impressed with the apparently endless types of apparatus to work with for specific therapeutic results, as well as the rest of the facility. I hope someday to explore the Pool facility which is what originally drew my attention. I’m 68 and know several other people who are unhappily using aqua therapy in heated chlorinated pools, unaware of what you have to offer. Next time I am in, I’ll stop by to pick up some literature and pricing information.
