I use the pool a lot. I go to the water aerobics classes. There was an issue with one of the swimming instructors, but for the moment it has been resolved.
When she is in the pool area there is a lot of tension. The minute she walks thru the door she seems to be looking for trouble.
We should all be able to work together, but she is just unreasonable. Best to probably keep the water aerobics classes and her classes separate if at all possible.

Local and convenient, clean, reasonably priced, not sketchy
Everything in one place! I use the pool, have a personal trainer, PT at Soul, and have booked massage at Soleil. Occasionally I use a treadmill. I love the sauna though it has smelled sour since the renovation and runs much hotter, I think.
I won’t be there for the month of October since I am having surgery. Very happy that my membership at the gym has helped me prepare to withstand the surgery, that I didn’t know I was going to have until Aug this year!

Melinda and Kristen are very good with kids. The Summer camp was great. We have been doing swim lessons also I like the small classes and personal attention.
