Good range and very helpful staff
The mountain bike I ordered and purchased was safety checked, then I was offered to ride it to make sure I was satisfied with everything before finalising the purchase. They staff were very accommodating, adjusting the bike to my needs and they explained the operation of the bike to ensure I understood how to ride well. The customer service has great, I felt comfortable to ask questions knowing they would be answered and it the staff member did not know the answer to a question they would ask a colleague.

Communication about what was being done with my bike. Help with getting my bike in the car. My bike is running a lot more smoothly following the service so it seems like it was worth spending money.

The bikes are great. You are disadvantaged by using SRAM gearing. My only bike with SRAM is Fuel 8 and the change is terrible. Very frustrating that such a nice bike used such lazy SRAM gearing/derailer.

I have often frequented what was previously TBE and always received excellent service from the staff, particularly Geoff Todd, who has always managed to solve all quires and problems regarding the replacement of parts for my bikes, and the purchase of new bikes. Which has not changed with Trek taking them over.
